These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services provided by Incrementel FZE / INCREMENTEL (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”).

Target Demographic: Our services are specifically designed for individuals over 50 years of age seeking high-performance cycling coaching and fitness improvement.
Free Programs Participation: Participants in free programs (including “The Over-50 Cyclist Performance Breakthrough”) are bound by all terms in Sections 5 (Health and Safety), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 11 (Dispute Resolution). By registering for any free program, you acknowledge:
- Physical training carries inherent risks, particularly for individuals over 50
- You are in adequate health to participate or will consult a physician
- You assume all risks and release Incrementel FZE from liability
- You will follow all safety guidelines and immediately stop if experiencing discomfort

2. Services Description
2.1 INCREMENTEL sistema Coaching Packages
We offer three coaching packages through our INCREMENTEL sistema training program:
Mentored Package
- Standard Price: $195 / £147 / €170 / AED 725 every 4 weeks
Includes:
- Comprehensive onboarding process with health assessment and intro video call
- Access to all 12 INCREMENTEL sistema modules (released progressively over 24 weeks)
- One coach review and analysis every week
- Unlimited WhatsApp contact
- Unlimited questions during each weekly review
- One-to-one video conference calls every 8 weeks
Overwatch Package
- Price: $130 / £99 / €115 / AED 500 every 4 weeks
- Availability: Offered to existing clients on completion of the INCREMENTEL sistema
Includes:
- Continued access to all 12 INCREMENTEL sistema modules
- One coach review and analysis every 2 weeks
- One WhatsApp message every week
- Unlimited questions during each 2-weekly review
Outpost Package
- Price: $90 / £69 / €80 / AED 350 every 4 weeks
- Availability: Offered as alternative to Overwatch package
Includes:
- Continued access to all 12 INCREMENTEL sistema modules
- One coach review and analysis every 4 weeks
- One WhatsApp message every week
- Unlimited questions during each 4-weekly review
2.2 Bespoke Training Plans
Bespoke training plans involve substantial additional work and are not provided to every client. Before producing a plan, the client will be asked to commit to coaching for the period covered by it. Payments will continue every four weeks as normal.
Once agreed and the plan has been prepared, notice may still be given, but coaching and the normal payment schedule will continue until the end of the agreed training plan period. Normal cancellation terms apply at all other times.
2.3 Free Programs
- “The Over-50 Cyclist Performance Breakthrough”: 14-day program available as free introductory training
2.4 Training Methodology
Our INCREMENTEL sistema includes high-intensity interval training, including VO2max intervals, specifically designed for individuals over 50. This training methodology carries elevated cardiovascular risks and requires appropriate medical clearance and fitness assessment.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Schedule
- Services are billed every 4 weeks in advance
- All discounted block payments are payable in full upfront
- All prices are displayed in multiple currencies for convenience
3.2 Payment Methods
- We accept secure payments through Stripe, including major credit/debit cards and digital wallets (as available in your region)
3.3 Refund Policy
- Mentored Package: 14-day money-back guarantee from initial service commencement only
- Overwatch/Outpost Packages: Offered to existing clients only. No refunds available due to discounted pricing structure
- Free Programs: No refunds applicable
3.4 Price Changes
- We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days’ notice to existing clients
- Price changes do not affect pre-paid block bookings
4. Service Terms
4.1 Onboarding Requirements
- All Mentored clients must complete both INCREMENTEL Health Screening and Legal Consent Form, and INCREMENTEL Waiver and Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk Indemnity Agreement and Media Release Consent Form
- Clients must provide accurate health and fitness information, particularly relevant to high-intensity training participation
- Medical clearance strongly recommended for individuals over 50, especially those with cardiovascular conditions
- Setup of required platforms (intervals.icu, Garmin, etc.) is client’s responsibility with our guidance
4.2 Communication
- Response Times: We aim to respond to communications within 48 hours during business days
- Weekly Reviews: Provided within 7 days of workout data submission
- Communication Methods: Weekly Review Form, Weekly Performance Log, WhatsApp and/or email as determined by coach based on communication type and urgency/coaching package
- Support Hours: Monday-Friday, 10 AM-4 PM UAE time
4.3 Equipment and Technology
- Clients are responsible for their own cycling equipment, safety gear, and technology
- Compatible devices/platforms required for optimal service delivery
- We are not responsible for equipment failures or technical issues with third-party platforms
4.4 Insurance Recommendation
- Clients are strongly advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage including:
- Bicycle insurance for equipment protection
- Personal accident/medical coverage
- Third-party liability insurance
- Insurance requirements may vary by jurisdiction
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Medical Disclaimer
- Our coaching services are for fitness and performance improvement, not medical treatment
- Services include high-intensity VO2max interval training with elevated cardiovascular risks
- Clients must consult healthcare providers before beginning any high-intensity exercise program
- Medical clearance strongly recommended for all clients, mandatory consideration for those over 50
- We are not responsible for injuries or health issues arising from training
5.2 Client Responsibilities
- Clients must accurately disclose health conditions and limitations, particularly cardiovascular conditions
- Clients are responsible for their own safety during all training activities
- Clients must use appropriate safety equipment (helmets, lights, reflective clothing, etc.)
- Clients must follow all applicable traffic laws and safety guidelines in their jurisdiction
- Immediate notification required for any changes in health status
5.3 Risk Acknowledgment
- Cycling and high-intensity fitness training involve significant inherent risks, including cardiovascular events
- VO2max interval training carries elevated risks, particularly for individuals over 50
- Participation is entirely at client’s own risk
- Comprehensive liability waiver required for all coaching services
- Age-related considerations and slower recovery times acknowledged
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
- All INCREMENTEL content, methodologies, and materials are our intellectual property
- Clients receive limited license for personal use only
- Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited
6.2 Client Content
- We may use client testimonials, photos, and progress data for marketing (with explicit consent)
- Clients retain ownership of their personal data and content
- We reserve right to use anonymised data for service improvement
7. Data Protection and Privacy
7.1 Privacy Notice
- Our full Privacy Notice details how we collect, use, and protect personal data
- We comply with UAE Personal Data Protection Law, UK GDPR and other applicable data protection laws globally
- Health data processing requires explicit consent, particularly for high-intensity training programs
7.2 Marketing Communications
- We may send service-related communications and updates
- Marketing emails require opt-in consent
- Unsubscribe options available in all marketing communications
- Essential service communications cannot be opted out of while maintaining active service
8. Service Modifications and Cancellations
8.1 Service Changes
- We reserve the right to modify services with reasonable notice
- Significant changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
- Alternative services may be offered for discontinued features
8.2 Client Cancellation
- Mentored Package: All packages are billed in 4-week blocks, payable in advance. Cancellations require 7 days’ notice and take effect at the end of the current paid block. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies from initial service commencement only. Subsequent 4-week billing periods are non-refundable
- Module Access Upon Cancellation: Clients retain permanent access to all INCREMENTEL sistema modules that were unlocked during their active subscription period. Modules scheduled for future release will not be accessible after cancellation. The Fundamentals Phase delivers modules 1-6 over the first 12 weeks (one module every 2 weeks); the Performance Phase delivers modules 7-12 over an additional 12 weeks following the same schedule
- Discounted Block Payments: Block payments covering 12-week periods are payable in full upfront and provide access to all modules scheduled for release during that paid period. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies from initial service commencement only. After this period, services and module access continue until the end of the prepaid block with no refunds available. Clients retain permanent access to all modules unlocked during the paid period
- Overwatch/Outpost Packages: All packages are billed in 4-week blocks, payable in advance. Cancellations require 7 days’ notice and take effect at the end of the current paid block. No refunds available due to discounted pricing structure
- All cancellations must be submitted via email to clarke@incrementel.com
8.3 Company Termination
- We may terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or inappropriate behaviour
- Medical concerns or safety issues may require immediate service termination
- Refunds for pre-paid services will be calculated pro-rata
- Access to materials and content ceases upon termination
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Limitations
- Services are provided “as is” without warranties of specific results
- We do not guarantee fitness improvements or performance gains
- Individual results may vary based on compliance, health status, and personal factors
- Age-related factors may affect training outcomes
9.2 Liability Exclusions
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
- This limitation applies except where prohibited by law
- Specific exclusions apply to high-intensity training risks and age-related complications
9.3 Indemnification
- Clients agree to indemnify us against claims arising from their use of our services
- This includes claims from third parties related to client’s training activities
- Particular emphasis on claims arising from high-intensity training participation
10. Website Terms
10.1 Acceptable Use
- Website is for legitimate business purposes only
- Prohibited activities include spamming, hacking, or distributing malware
- Users must not interfere with website functionality or security
10.2 User Accounts
- Clients are responsible for account security and login credentials
- Sharing accounts is prohibited
- Suspected unauthorised access must be reported immediately
10.3 Third-Party Links
- Our website may contain links to third-party sites and platforms
- We are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices
- Links do not constitute endorsement
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
- UAE Clients: Governed by UAE law and subject to UAE jurisdiction
- UK/EU Clients: Governed by English law and subject to English courts
- US Clients: Subject to applicable state and federal law
- Other Jurisdictions: Governed by UAE law unless local mandatory laws apply
11.2 Dispute Process
- Initial complaint to be raised directly with us
- 30-day resolution attempt period
- Mediation through recognised dispute resolution service
- Final resolution through appropriate courts
