Most our riders train between 3.5–9 hours per week made up of steady endurance rides and focused higher-intensity sessions. Consistency is what counts.

You'll receive onboarding, regular training reviews, personalised feedback, accountability and direct access to me for questions and support.

A power meter is highly beneficial but not essential.
Yes — every rider completes a comprehensive health assessment during onboarding, which we'll go through together. Medical clearance is strongly recommended for all clients, especially those with cardiovascular conditions, given that our training includes high-intensity VO2max intervals. The coaching is designed so you can adapt the training to your health circumstances, age and level of fitness.
Life happens. The system is built to be flexible. Missing one session won't ruin your training — the key is consistency over weeks and months, not perfection every day.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can pay by major debit/credit card. Services are billed every 4 weeks in advance.
You're covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, giving you time to explore the full program and decide if it's right for you. After this period, cancellations need 7 days' notice and your coaching will continue until the end of the current paid block. No refunds are given beyond the first 14 days.
You're strongly advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage including bicycle insurance, personal accident/medical coverage, and third-party liability insurance. Requirements may vary by your location.
