I’m a former British Royal Marine with 17 years of service in some of the world’s toughest environments. Discipline, resilience, and pushing limits aren’t just words to me — they’re how I’ve lived my life.
I’ve been on two wheels since I was a kid, riding all day with my mates until it was getting dark and we were late for dinner. That spirit of adventure never left me.
For the last decade, I’ve been instructing and coaching outdoor sports — kayaking, canoeing, rock climbing, mountaineering, and cycling. I’ve worked with the most prestigious military officer cadet institutions, using these activities to develop young cadets’ fitness, resilience, and leadership skills.
Coaching across multiple disciplines has given me a unique perspective: every sport teaches and trains differently, and I brought those lessons together when creating the INCREMENTEL sistema.
But first and foremost, I’m a cyclist. I race, I train, I test myself — and I’ve hit the podium in my age group. I also love two-wheeled adventures: from fat biking across Arabian deserts to bikepacking journeys in the Far East. For me, cycling is the perfect mix of fitness, freedom, and adventure.
There’s no better way to stay sharp, fit, and healthy into your senior years than cycling. It’s low impact, helps you maintain your weight, connects you with others, and builds mental toughness. That’s why I created the INCREMENTEL sistema — a no-nonsense framework for cyclists over 50 who want to ride faster, go further, and prove that age is just a number.
