The INCREMENTEL sistema is delivered fully online. All you need is a computer or laptop, an internet connection, and basic computer skills such as browsing the web, using email, and joining a Zoom call. If you can handle everyday online tasks, you’ll be able to follow the modules without issue.

Yes — every rider completes a comprehensive health assessment during onboarding, which we'll go through together. Medical clearance is strongly recommended for all clients, especially those with cardiovascular conditions, given that our training includes high-intensity VO2max intervals. The modules are designed so you can adapt the training to your health circumstances, age and level of fitness.
I guide you through onboarding, provide weekly training reviews and analysis, and give you personal feedback.
